Santa says, “Thank you for coming to see me in my Grotto at The Llama Park this year and I hope that you all got the presents for which you wished
and that you will all come and see me again
next year and I look forward to meeting both old and new friends at Christmas time in 2018.”

TRIPADVISOR – Review
“Best Father Christmas – lovely place to visit – This is our second year taking our children to see Father Christmas. After seeing him last year – there was no option to go elsewhere as he is the real deal! If you are looking for a down to earth, genuine Father Christmas experience. Perfect relaxed venue, simple with reindeer, llamas and lots more animals to see after.” – Charlotte.
Father Christmas will be waiting for you

Come and see the ‘Real’ Father Christmas at home in his cosy log cabin in The Llama Park’s Christmas Wonderland. See his sleigh and reindeer – who live full time at The Llama Park – and get up close to the donkeys, in a stable setting with a traditional Nativity Scene.
Spend time chatting with Santa about the wonders of Christmas, his elves and his journey around the world on Christmas Eve, and enjoy seeing the delight of your kids receiving a truly thoughtful present from Santa during their visit to his Grotto.
Hailed by many as being ‘The Best Santa in The South’, we advise parents and grand-parents to book early to secure a specific time slot and date to avoid the Christmas queues, and to secure the chance to make Christmas even more magical for both young and old alike.
Father Christmas at The Llama Park – for believers and for those who really want to believe!
For those with a busy schedule who might not want to queue and are prepared to pay the £3.00 booking fee, we will be running our ‘book in advance’ system whereby customers can pay in advance and ‘book a slot’ with Father Christmas. This applies every day the Grotto is open from 10:00 to 13:00. Father Christmas goes to feed his Reindeer from 13:00 to 13:30. For the rest of the day there are also pre-booked slots.
However, we always suggest that you check the website to check for any news flashes which might say SOLD OUT and if you are travelling a long way to get here do telephone and check first, we would hate for your children to be disappointed.
You can also enjoy the other fabulous sights and sounds, gifts and thrills on offer at The Llama Park, which will include horses, a Nativity scene, dazzling decorations and Christmas carols and of course the reindeer.
Our restaurant will be serving Christmas Lunches every day throughout December until Christmas Eve on the 24th. We are also available for private Christmas Parties in the day time right up to Christmas Eve but not on the weekends as then it is toooooo busy!! Sorrryy….. So book now to get your date in the diary.
We also have a fabulous knitwear and gift shop which will make your Christmas shopping a pleasure rather than a chore. From top quality alpaca cardigans, coats and furs, Pima cotton nightwear and T-shirts, to handmade jewellery, cosy slippers and ethnic fashion accessories, you will find something special for the grown-up members of the family. As for the little ones, we stock a wide range of good old-fashioned toys and games, Peruvian instruments and crafts, soft toys and hand-finished children’s Peruvian knitwear, with lots of special surprise gifts on offer for stocking fillers.
So visitors can see Father Christmas, wrap up their Christmas shopping, have some of our great festive food and go home feeling very well-fed and watered.
So, overall, Christmas at The Llama Park promises to be a very special event and the staff may turn into elves, witches and wizards! So watch out!!
Many of our visitors who came to see him last year assured us that he was the best Father Christmas ever. After all, a Father Christmas without his ‘own’ white hair and beard, a big tummy and a real Ho! Ho! voice and his own reindeer really isn’t Father Christmas at all and here at The Llama Park we have the “Real” Father Christmas….
