JANUARY DETOX IN THE COFFEE SHOP
After all the indulgence and over-eating that takes place during Christmas, the Coffee Shop will be offering a healthier, more wholesome menu in January. We will be serving up lots of homecooked recipes packed with fresh ingredients and plenty of detoxifying fruits and vegetables. Our famous Scones will also be getting a re-vamp in January. We shall still be baking and serving our popular fruit scones and cheese scones but we shall also have some very tasty new additions to the menu. Our speciality scones will include an array of sweet and savoury flavours to suit all tastes. Toasted sandwiches will also be back by popular demand!
SANTA'S GROTTO
Over 850 children visited Santa in his grotto in the run up to Christmas. This was the first year we had a Santa's Grotto and despite a frantic time getting everything ready we were very pleased with the results. Plans are already in hand for the 2008 event.
LLAMA WALKS
Our Llama Walks continue to run throughout the winter months and our Walking Vouchers make ideal gifts for birthdays and anniversaries. Please look at our events page for details on our special Valentine's Day and Mother's Day Llama Walks.
TIMMY THE ORPHAN
Timmy, our little orphaned alpaca baby has recently been weaned off his bottle milk and is happily tucking into his adult cereal mix and hay. He is an incredibly friendly little chap and as much as we tried to restrain from handling him too much, his big brown doeful eyes and cute demeanour won us over.
