Valentines Day Llama Walk - Sunday 14th February

Are you looking for something different for your partner this Valentines Day? Why not treat him/her to a romantic llama walk. The walk will leave the park at 11.00am and you will be back in time for lunch. Everyone will be given a homemade shortbread heart at the end of the walk. If you share a llama the cost will be as little as £25 each. Spend as long as you want in the Park after the walk and enjoy a light lunch in our Coffee Shop, or just try one of our homemade Sussex Cream Teas, or a warm hot chocolate before the walk. We are expecting this walk to fill up very quickly so please call us to book as soon as possible.

June babies

Abigail gave birth to her second calf on Sunday 31st May. She is already a doting Mum to Alonso. We are now thinking of a girls name beginning with 'A' for her new baby. If you have any ideas please email us as we are rapidly running out of names. (As you may know, we use the same initial for the babies as we use for the mother's name.

Amelia the alpaca gave birth to Alma yesterday (1st June).

ART EXHIBITION

Local artist Juliet Murray will be in our conference room until 10th May with an exhibition of her contemporary pastel painting and vintage prints. There are several paintings of the Ashdown Forest and Sussex views. All the paintings will be for sale.

Wildlife Walks

We have now started our weekly wildlife walks in association with the RSPB. Yesterday the walk was in brilliant sunshire and they all enjoyed a leisurely 2 hour walk through our grounds and over the Ashdown Forest. Some of the many birds spotted included the first Swallow, Dartford Warbler, Crossbills, and a Kestrel.

Walks will take place every Wednesday leaving the Llama Park at 11.00am. Numbers are limited so pre-booking is necessary to avoid disappointment. There is no additional charge for the walk. Our normal admission price to the park applies.
