Opening Times: daily (except 1st January & 25/26 December) 10.00am - 5.00pm (or dusk if earlier)
We reserve the right to close the Llama Park if the weather conditions are very severe.

Sorry, no dogs (except Guide Dogs) are allowed in the Park or Visitor Centre.
From our Car Park there is direct access into Ashdown Forest where you can walk with your dog before or after your visit.

There is no admission charge for entry into the Shop and the Coffee Shop.

Situated within the main entrance is a Tourist Information point. This has lots of free information and leaflets on local tourist attractions and events.

Access:
Easy flat access to visitor centre, Shop & Coffee Shop.
Disabled parking bay 25 metres from entrance.
Hard path suitable for wheelchairs around area adjacent to Visitor Centre where many animals are housed during opening times, and to museum & picnic area.
The farm trail is on grass path which is OK for buggies but not suitable for wheelchairs. We do recommend that you bring your wellies in winter or during wet weather at other times. Boot brushes and welly washing facilities are available.
Two disabled toilets/baby changing units are located in visitor centre.

Directions: located beside the A22, 300 yards south of junction with A275, and roughly midway between Nutley and Forest Row. See streetmap.co.uk

How long? allow 1 - 3 hours for your visit.

Parking: ample free parking for cars and coaches.
