The Llama Park is a stunning location for a wedding and holds a Marriage Licence which means that couples can tie the knot on site in our Marriage Barn before going on to enjoy their very own tailor-made wedding reception and party on site in the Llama Park’s Function Barn.
Weddings at The Park are all tailor made to suit ‘your’ personal taste as we do not do “tick box” weddings and do not have pre-set menus. We do any thing ‘you’ want from barn dances and themed events with food to match, to more grand and formal affairs. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff of The Llama Park to ensure that ‘your’ wedding reception is a unique, memorable and well-run affair.
Be it in Spring, Summer or Winter the Park changes with the seasons and in the winter it warms up with log fires. We understand that weddings create memories that will be cherished for many years to come and do our best to make sure that ‘yours’ will be a very memorable event for ‘you’.
With all the animals and 33 acres of beautiful land it is an ideal location for the post ceremony photo shoot and the animals and playground, with a bouncy castle, provide your guests and their children opportunities for fun and entertainment to stop them getting bored.
For the older guests The Llama Park is pleased to have a full drinking, dancing and music licence to enable you to party until 01:00 and we can arrange live bands and discos from a stable of great entertainers.
Other entertainment can be arranged from magicians to fire eaters and from llamas to tigers and crocodiles to go with the dinner.

… AND ANOTHER MARRIAGE AND WEDDING RECEPTION
HELD AT THE LLAMA PARK
The Llama Park is pleased to announce that another marriage and wedding took place at the Llama Park on Saturday 30th August and was a great success. The Marriage took place in The Park’s newly decorated Marriage Barn, with the wedding feast held in a beautifully decorated marquee, and the reception party in the Llama Barn.
The marriage was attended by over 120 people who were fed boned and rolled legs of lamb carved at the table. The after dinner party was treated to a rocking evening with a lively barn dance run by the Ashdown Forest Band, a real hoot, and a fantastic disco from Stuart and Bill’s Crawley-based “Dancing Disco”, and boy can they play some music….
“This wedding,” says Susan Barrow, owner of The Llama Park, “was a great success and demonstrated The Park’s ability to cater to all tastes. The Bride was a Somali Muslim and so we prepared a menu which included Halal chicken cooked in a spicy sauce to go with boned and rolled legs of lamb stuffed with whole cloves of garlic and spit roasted. This is a ‘speciality’ of The Llama Park by the way…
“The Groom was a local man but he lives in Dubai, with the Bride, so we really had to cater to the tastes of an international crowd. My husband specialises in getting llamas to take carrots from his mouth and, not to be outdone, the Bride took it all in her stride and joined in. A real case of Beauty and the Beast…!!!”
